Bible Study Lesson Plan

Section Plan Time
AIM:
What is the focus of this lesson?
What is the main idea that you want them to understand?
HOOK:
What a way that you can get their attention and demonstrate why the Main Idea is important. Ex. Story, illustration, questions about their life…
LOOK:
Explain the main idea to your students, identify and discuss the issues and/ or consequences.
BOOK:
Explain what the Bible says about the issue. Read from the Bible and/or quote a passage and explain it.
LOOK:
What are the implications of the main idea taken from the Bible passage? How does the main idea affect the lives of the students?
TOOK:
Explain how the main idea could change the life of the student. Exhort and encourage them to apply the truth of the Bible in their lives. Explain how they might apply your lesson to their lives.
