Camp Music

The value of Music
• Music Makes Messages Memorable (the message of the song that is)
• Music relates to people on an emotional level.
• Music is a fun way to communicated.
• Music is a biblical way to communicate (Eph 5:18-19, Col 3:16).

A singing camp
• Lead the campers in singing
-Learn the songs
-Sing with enthusiasm
-Participate with the actions
• You can sing around camp
-During free time
-During skill time
-During cabin devotions

Canned music (CDs, MP3s etc)
• To avoid distraction and other issues, no canned music is allowed in cabins during camp.
• Restrict your canned music to your personal free time or time between camps.
• Please be considerate of others with when, where, and how loud you play your music.
• Don’t play music that promotes unrighteousness.
