Ness uses this. They recomend not giving it out to kids as they go home as parents are in a junk out mood and just toss stuff out right away. They say to send it with your reciepts in the fall. They have a points system with prizes as well.

We use this program as well and send it out October 1st with cabin photos, letters and other such things. We have not had the same response that other camps have had but we also serve a greater number of un-churched kids who are not as familiar with such things.

We really push the prizes and that they can get money off of camp for the next year. Our response to this program isn't huge but when kids get into it they really get into it.

Hello all!

At Pinelodge, we also use the David & Jonathan program. We mail out lessons at the end of the season but also we use a set of 5 lessons during the cabin devotions part of camp. Our campers really enjoy this time and during sharing they often express what they have learned from these lessons.
