SOP and posted rules-Riflery

RIFLERY INFORMATION
GUN SAFETY RULES

1. Keep the gun broken (not cocked) at all times when not in use or in the racks.
2. Never point the gun at anyone!
3. Treat your gun as a high powered rifle
4. Treat your gun as if it were loaded at all times
5. Point your gun only in a safe direction (target or ground)
6. Be sure of your target


RANGE SAFETY RULES
1. Rangemaster’s WORD IS LAW
2. Be sure other persons stay behind the shooter.
3. No spectator’s to go forward of the back of the firing platform.
4. Be sure of the area behind the target
5. Guns are to be broken but not cocked till the command, “Load” is given by the Rangemaster.
6. No horseplay.
7. Ammo available only on shooting line.
8. No noise or commenting to the shooters.
9. No one may fire until the command, “Commence Firing” has been given by the Rangemaster.
10. No one moves from the shooting line until the command, “Relay Off the Line” is given by the Rangemaster.
