Can we add a special needs section?

I have a special needs camp and I know many others do as well, or a whole summer devoted to that demographic. Can you make an area devoted to them, games, ideas, problems, solutions, resources, etc. Also I need to check again, but I don't think their is a section on resources for information, links, on different types of disabilities including FAS, ADD, etc, etc. Thanks this will be very good when we get more people on this.
