I am thinking to have the heroes be the good guys and the henchmen for the superbaddy to be spyish looking folks. Looking for any ideas from either theme that you used or think would work well. I was also thinking of making it as a competition between the different teams. In the past we have given each kid 4 tickets to start the carnival. The weaker games cost nothing and kids actually have to win at them to get more tickets. As the games get better they cost more but you can win more.
