Superheroes/Spy

Our theme this year is Superheroes with a smattering of Spyish things for the evil guys. I am thinking to have the heroes be the good guys and the henchmen for the superbaddy to be spyish looking folks. Looking for any ideas from either theme that you used or think would work well.
