Pirates

We are doing a pirate theme and I would love to hear of some ideas that other camps have done...that have worked. I am looking for everything from games, skits, props and other stuff to make this theme a winner. Hit the reply button and let's get this moving.

Picked up a bosun's whistle while in San Fransisco (the city not the junk store) to signal second, dessert and get kids attention for meals.

I need some decoration ideas for our dinning hall. I am thinking of netting from hammocks or where ever you get netting from and tossing some sea creature looking things in the netting. Insulation foam from a can makes a decent star fish if your aim is good.
