Carnival at camps

I am doing carnival this year and am looking for a list of games or other ideas that you have done at your camps. I was also thinking of making it as a competition between the different teams. In the past we have given each kid 4 tickets to start the carnival. The weaker games cost nothing and kids actually have to win at them to get more tickets. As the games get better they cost more but you can win more. Some games are competions between partners so you can win the other persons tickets that they entered to play the game.

I guess you could keep track at each both when a kid spends tickets and team they are from. At the end of the carnival tally up each boths points and delcare a winner!
